January is the time of year when new product is brought in and old images are phased out on the website. We appreciate your patience with this and we will post the new items as soon as the manufacturers provide images of them. At the start of the year due to availability the majority of the product you see will be "special order" meaning that it will be brought in from the supplier and will take time to arrive. Please note that if an item is labeled "special order" it means that the item is not in stock and must be ordered in. When an item is labeled "in stock" that means that we have it at our office and that it is available right now. If you look through our site and do not find what you are looking for please use the "contact us" button to email your question to us. We will get back to you ASAP with your answer. If you do find the item you would like please add it to your cart and when you are ready, complete the checkout to get the order to us. Payment is taken care of by a phone call or in person when the product arrives no credit card information is required when an order is placed. Payment information is only collected when the item(s) you have ordered are ready for delivery. Orders in the city of Calgary that are elidgable for delivery have the option of being paid for using a portable debit/credit machine.
