We are a business that specializes in custom orders. If you are looking for an item that you do not find on our website please fill out our "special order" form and we will conduct a search for the item you are looking for.

Our business has specialized for 32 years in providing corporate buyers with a wide range of corporate gift and incentive items. Please contact us with any corporate gift questions that you have and we will put together a proposal to suit your specific company needs.

Each vendor that we deal with also has a website that is more comprehensive than what we are able to provide. Please feel free to visit their website if you do not find what you are looking for on our site. Then return to the Durand's website and fill out our "special order" form or email us with your request and we will be happy to help in any way we can!

 

Shipping and Payment Information


We are based in Calgary Alberta Canada. Local Calgary buyers spending $50 or more can have their items delivered with no added delivery charge. Canadian residents pay 5% GST on all purchases. Any orders over $100 in Canada (depending on the size of the item) receive free* shipping in Canada. Orders over $200 in the US (depending on size) receive free* shipping in the continental USA. All items are shipped with great care and attention. We keep all the original packaging that items are shipped in to insure that your item will arrive to you exactly as it leaves us. Please keep in mind that we do our best to keep shipping costs down but we do not misrepresent items on shipping documents by calling items "gifts" when they are not. International buyers are responsible the duty, brokerage, and any other fees incurred to items entering your country. Please make yourself aware of all fees and border taxes before requesting international shipping. The payment methods we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Interac Debit, Cash (local only), and Checque (local only).

We have been a family run business since 1979, serving collectors and corporate buyers around the world. All personal information is kept confidential and is not shared under any circumstances with anyone at any time.

 

Stock Availability


As a special order business with a vast array of products available to us we are unable to stock everything we advertise, and as such, most of our items take 1-2 weeks to arrive to our facility. If you need an item shipped immediately please make sure that it is denoted as "in stock" rather than special order. If a special order item is requested you will receive an email with an expected product delivery date.
